Located on one of the shores of the Negratín Reservoir, this inland beach—about 300 meters long—shows that the Cueva region also has a coastal side.
It features a concrete ramp with a very gentle slope for entering the water and a 10- to 15-meter-wide strip along the shore where the water doesn’t reach your feet, making it a particularly convenient option for families with children.
Within a radius of just 50 meters, there is a restaurant, a campground, a parking lot, and a playground, and in the area furthest from the ramp, swimming with dogs is allowed—something unusual for this type of space. From the shore, you can also enjoy a spectacular view of the reservoir’s northern slope, which resembles a badlands landscape.
